Policy & Procedures
Vendor set up and break down policies and procedures: 1) Vendor set up time is from 4pm to 5:30pm. All cars must be off the designated event space by 5:30pm. 2) All vendors should enter at the BACK of State Farm Insurance or The KAWS. 3) Vendors are to unload their car completely and move it off the property before coming back to set up their space. Break down at the end of the market works the same way. Your space should be packed up and your items ready to load into your car before you pull your car onto the property. If you bring more than one car with you, please unload one car completely and move it off the property before pulling the other car in to unload. 4) Pedestrian safety is of the utmost importance, please drive slowly and carefully. 5) All vehicles must possess current registration and insurance. 6) All pop up tents must be weighted at each corner to protect from wind (Tent weights, sand bags, or 10lb weights on each corner). 7) Vendors are responsible for bringing all of their own items for set up (i.e., a 10x10 pop up, tables, chairs, displays, tent weights, battery operated lights, etc.). The venue does NOT provide any of these items. 8) CORDS OF ANY KIND MUST BE TAPED AND COVERED SECURELY to prevent trips and falls. 9) All vendors must remain set up until 9pm. Havasu Together and The KAWS reserve the right to ban any vendor that fails to follow the policies and procedures listed above and/or for any misconduct.
